The office has been applauded for delivering fast, convenient and friendly service that makes the process easier for applicants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regular clients say Tweelagate Traffic is the most reliable office in the area for licence renewals and other vehicle-related services, with one motorist noting he knows he will not spend more than 30 minutes in the queue. \u201cI appreciate the service here because it\u2019s quick. The workers are friendly and will assist you wholeheartedly,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another client said motorists do not have to worry about system downtime because the office operates with a generator, making it unaffected by power cuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe station is not affected by power cuts, in that way I can come at any time that suits my schedule,\u201d the client said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Staff at the office say they often go beyond official working hours to ensure everyone is assisted. \u201cOur motto is \u2018We Serve the People\u2019 hence it is important to do everything right for the people,\u201d one worker said. She added that the team\u2019s strength comes from learning from past challenges and keeping applicants informed. \u201cIt is important to always inform people on the queue what is causing a delay if there\u2019s any, unlike leaving people standing not knowing what is happening,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Manager Andrew Letsholo said staff check that applicants have all the necessary documents while they are still in the queue to prevent people from waiting only to be turned away. He encouraged other traffic stations to improve client interaction and said his office is guided by Batho Pele principles. \u201cWe are guided by Batho Pele principles,\u201d Letsholo said.
