It&#8217;s worth noting that the suspect has a prior conviction for robbery and is currently out on parole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: large; white-space-collapse: collapse;\"><\/div>The court is expected to hear the bail application on October 29, where the prosecution will likely oppose them request given the severity of the crime. Gumbi&#8217;s family and the community are eagerly awaiting justice, following the life sentences handed down to two co-accused, Sibongiseni Ngubane and Thabani Gwala, in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: large; white-space-collapse: collapse;\"><\/div>The investigation into Gumbi&#8217;s murder has seen significant progress, with the police working closely with the prosecution to bring perpetrators to justice.
