With Kgosi Nyalala Pilane&#8217;s leadership restored, the community can now work towards rebuilding trust, accelerating development, and promoting unity among community members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>The Bakgatla community&#8217;s development model, centered on self-reliance and community-led growth, has gained international recognition. With the right support and resources, the community can now move forward, addressing past challenges and building a brighter future.<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>Ramono Mochudi Pilane&#8217;s spokesman Lebogang Phalafala said the Supreme Court of Appeal delivered a judgment on September 9, 2025, ruling in favor of Kgosi Nyalala Pilane, recognizing his reinstatement.
