After years of waiting and struggling, living in a precarious shack, Granny Matlhoko&#8217;s new home was officially handed over to her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department of Human Settlements and the Moses Kotane Local Municipality partnered to make this dream a reality.The handing over ceremony on Wednesday 30 July is a testament to the power of government initiatives and community efforts coming together to make a difference in people&#8217;s lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Granny Matlhoko&#8217;s family is overjoyed, and her granddaughter, Semakaleng Kgosimang, expressed gratitude to the authorities for taking steps to address their grandmother&#8217;s housing needs.This gesture brings an end to Granny Matlhoko&#8217;s long wait, providing her with a safe and comfortable place to live.
