Jason Beamich, a young pilot took time to encourage young people to took into aviation as a career.
“I was 7 when I first imagined myself as a pilot and I’ve followed this dream ever since,”said JasonHe says as long as you have the right passion, determination and focus in flying then you have all it takes to be a professional pilot.
“Maintain that focus, passion and determination because regardless of any challenges you may face in flying here and there you will still keep to what you want to achieve, your dreams are valid, it is true, it is possible you can do it,” added Jason. He further underscored that pilot training is expensive but pays well after one completes it successfully.He encouraged learners in high school to focus more efforts on sciences, languages and geography in order to set a good foundation to become pilots in future.

The campaign also aims at engaging with upcoming pilots on availability of resources for skilled training. He emphasized that the programme’s importance is to represents a new strategic and collaborative approach. “We are not just improving the aviation sector, we are unlocking the potential of partnerships and are creating a model that can elevate aviation safety.
